Based on the 40106 Schmitt Trigger, this noise machine uses all six of the chips oscillator circuits. There are six distinct sounding touch points (plus two which complete the circuit). One control colors the overall reaction of the touch points, creating everything from square wave and triangle tones to white noise.

A copper scrub pad is included which can be used to create a sonic bridge, blasting the output level when used to complete the circuit (along with or instead of your bodies resistance).

This unit is stripped down providing a single (mono) 1/4" output jack driven by one output volume pot. The jack switches on the power when a plug is inserted. The unit runs on a 9V battery (not included) ONLY (no wall wart jack).
